DIY and repurposing culture has exploded in recent years and Tool Libraries are a rapidly emerging and important branch of this DIY culture, enabling folks who could not otherwise afford expensive tools needed for DIY projects and allow access them free or at a low cost.

Unsurprisingly, tool library locations are popping up across the globe but has not taken off in Singapore.

The brief was to find a way for a tool library to work in Singapore, and to promote it.
